I would like to plead strongly that policy be changed to allow ratings info
to be put in the long synopsis field instead of the review. Reading the
review is inconvenient for several reasons, most of which have already been
mentioned. Also, writing one is a separate step, I.e more work, therefore it
won't get done. <grin> I know that the synopsis field is not for subjective
commentaries, but the actual presence or absence of profanity, explicit sex,
and violence is fairly objective. Placing that info there will allow every
user to make his or her own value judgments and reading choices and won't
interfere with anything. No one will think to look for this in the review,
and almost no one writes reviews anyway.
