Actually You can upload books on the BN, it is a trip, smile, and for me I have to write down a lot of information before I do it, but it is possible to do. The BN has a simplified version of IE but can do all the functions of IE if you know of course how to use the commands. I use it a lot to download and upload files, and serf the web. The newer versions are much better than the old edition. Shelley L. Rhodes and Judson, guiding golden juddysbuddy@xxxxxxxxxxxx Guide Dogs For the Blind Inc. If I remember correctly, you rename the book with a .bks extension instead of the .zip extension, and the unpack utility will open it for you. One thing I'm not sure of is whether you can upload validated books to Bookshare with a BN. It really might be a good idea to join the Braillenote list and ask if anyone has done this successfully. I get the impression that you don't have access to a computer and use your BN exclusively. If you can't validate books with a BN at this time, maybe it will be a future improvement. In the meantime, enjoy your Bookshare membership.
