Hi Dean, yes, you want to leave a blank line after the page break (and before 
it, too)
   
  Like a page would look like:
   
  blank line
  page break
  blank line
  page number
  blank line
  text of page
  blank line
  page break
  blank line
   
  Does that make sense?
   
  If there is a header, and it is a repeating header, you should delete those.
   
  If it is a header like a Chapter 1, my understanding is that would go in the 
"text of page" part and you don't need a blank line before and after that. But 
if the page numbers are at the bottom of the page, then you need to protect the 
Chapters by setting it up like this:
   
  blank line
  page break
  blank line
  Chapter
  Chapter 1
  text of page
  blank line
  page number
  blank line
  page break
  blank line
