Amber,
Did it work in the past and just stop working? Or did you just install it
and it's never worked? If you just installed it, then what operating system
are you using, and if you're running XP, are you using multiple accounts?

Hi all:
Every time I try to unpack a bookshare book to my documents, it gives me an
error. Basically it says it can not unpack it to my documents, then when it
asks me if I want to unpack another book and I say no, it disappears. any
thoughts on this mysterious behavior?
