We've gotten several of our recent books approved and are wondering what's
going on. There appears to be no rhyme or reason to the order they're
getting approved. We have a whole series that has been languishing in the
queue for months. We just don't understand why this isn't getting fixed. If
there's an issue with the volunteer program and we need to know something, I
wish staff would just be transparent with us and tell us.
