Hi Zaqui Meredith and others,
I believe this is an important question: are we indeed already a
community or still caught in the "each to his own way"? And if so: is
it good -maybe even important for the work at this point in it's
developement to have a lot of individual searching and finding?
It looks like 2 lines run parallel, one with all the individuals who
cherish sticking to themselves and the other line with all the people
who thrive best in a community approach. Even a third line: the ones
who do both at different times.
As long as each of us stays true to what we are doing, without
hoping, there might be a right way, we could not even do better. Ah,
I forgot: fighting for what we like is part of it. I mean: giving it
a hundred percent, even in the face of understanding that we can
fail. Fail for instance in creating ISCA and making it a forum for
all. Or any other community thing.
Was that clear english, I can only hope someone understands what I mean.
Cheers, and let us all have great new year! Sneh
