Dear Rosalba,
For me what I've taken from my constellation training and work is
a systemic worldview. My clients don't really care about theories,
they just want results. This worldview helps me look at the client system
and identify both visible and non visible components. A good question is
where is the past frozen and how is that frozen past affecting the present?
I usually don't mention constellations but I do listen for parts of the
corporate system
that are excluded, forgotten, marginalized, out of their place, not seeing other
parts, burdened, overly responsible, or caught up in some type of dysfunctional
pattern like victim vs perpetrator. This worldview also help me be more aware
about my own tendencies
and to manage them instead of blindly acting them out. It is a view and so it
is not the truth per say but a way of testing our own perceptions and judgments.
Hope this is helpful
Best

Hi Dan,
Precisely,
which is why I am asking, how do others work with this using the
Constellation process, if at all?
