Dear Harrison,
First Thank you for responding to the question.
My question is not for my clients…
I think it is wise for us to continue to question so we can bring the work to a
higher level and not remain complacent to what has happened in the past
although we always respect the past.
As we all know that without the foundation we would not even be in a place to
question what is in front of us as we speak….
Anni’s question was in essence questioning the concept we have of “order” as in
her background all are equal….the movie Interstellar, (which I still have not
been able to go see….)
based on what I am reading it appears that the present and the future seem to
intermingle and so the question arises as to who is helping who….and yes
although there is respect for who came first, there is also the question of
from whom do we receive help from….is the support only from the past, and can
support also come from the future?
In a book I am reading the following quote stands out for me
“In order to perceive something as real in our 3 dimensional world we must be
resonant with the event or object we are perceiving.”
which to me means, that because Anni could resonate with what wanted to emerge,
it was able to emerge.
Could it be that those of us from the Western culture because we are more
linear and more hierarchical would not even see it….because we would not even
resonate with it….In fact we are blind to it…and so it struggles to emerge for
us?
and yet, I believe that this concept is wanting to emerge and merits exploring…
in is interesting to note that the question was raised at about the same time
as the movie came out….and I am sure that if we look around there may be other
similar messages…

Dear Rosalba,
For me what I've taken from my constellation training and work is
a systemic worldview. My clients don't really care about theories,
they just want results. This worldview helps me look at the client system
and identify both visible and non visible components. A good question is
where is the past frozen and how is that frozen past affecting the present?
I usually don't mention constellations but I do listen for parts of the
corporate system
that are excluded, forgotten, marginalized, out of their place, not seeing
other
parts, burdened, overly responsible, or caught up in some type of
dysfunctional pattern like victim vs perpetrator. This worldview also help
me be more aware about my own tendencies
and to manage them instead of blindly acting them out. It is a view and so it
is not the truth per say but a way of testing our own perceptions and
judgments.
Hope this is helpful

Hi Dan,
Precisely,
which is why I am asking, how do others work with this using the
Constellation process, if at all?
