Also Steve, firstly my condondolences to you and your extended family for the
loss of your
brother in law, i so agree with garys sentiments, so many occassions for
celebration or loss
it is not until after the event that we get present to what it is about. i
would also suggest from a
practical point of view, that there is time for those closest to him, his
wife and especially his
children to express how they want to say good bye, children are often not
involved.....and please
do share the poems Gary.
I also wonder if it is customary within your family system to have an open
casket? such a sudden death
can be a shock , seeing his body and realising his spirit is not there has in
my
experience a calming effect on all especially children. I think you will also
find Steve that the funeral will
be within the week generally, unless there is an autopsy.

After a long break in the publishing of Bert's books in English it is
finally happening again.
The first one out is
"WITH GOD IN MIND", which was published in German in 2004.
Bert asked me how many he should send me for Australia, and I suppose, New
Zealand also. My copy just arrived yesterday. So people in Australia could
get the book through me. Once I have an idea of how many people want a copy,
I let Bert know.
The price will be $ 41, the same price as in Germany. The book comes in a
beautiful layout with each text, as Bert calls these thoughts, on one or two
pages.
The text on the front cover says:

For me, this book, together with "Gedanken unterwegs"- published one a year
earlier - ("Thoughts on the road", the double meaning of, thoughts
themselves travelling on, and the thinker having these thoughts while
travelling on), was the explicit expansion of constellation work into the
spiritual domain, which I believe was always clearly there, just in the
gestures alone. For a long time, looking beyond everything in the
foreground, we were encouraged to look further, deeper, beyond where we can
look.
I enjoyed the German version very much and I am very glad that this book is
finally also available in English.
Bert keeps on writing prolifically, we can still look forward to heaps more
from him, there is no end in sight yet, and with the books he writes it
becomes so clear there is no end anyway that is not a beginning of still
more life and love to come, no end in sight ever.
And hopefully translations will happen fairly quickly now.
Bert does his own publishing now, so there won't be much delay in this
regard either.
