Mentioning a book once in the context of a request for such information
falls within these parameters. Unlike a local workshop it is clearly of
global interest and so provides a vauluable service to everyone.
Anyone who is concerned about a post, that they might be sending or someone
else has sent, can always check out the guidelines. They are posted to the
group as an email once a month. They can also be found on the constellation
talk website. There is a link to this callled "visit your group" at the
bottom of every Constellation Talk email.
