Very good Don and all this caring feedback. Let's not forget to observe when
someone is entangled in a state of "murderous rage" against someone of his
own system, projected in this case on Bert Hellinger who could be seen as a
father or grandfather of an organization etc. Does someone's caustic,
seemingly personal vendetta however "not funny" belong to this constructive
forum? I see it as a clear cry for help and "the belonging by not belonging"
being acted out to test whatever boundaries we and this group have. Love
and inclusion also leaves room for people to take personal responsibility
for his or her actions as adults and results for those actions (deemed
distasteful) in this case. I personally know Tom as he lives in LA and is
basically a good guy. I wish him no ill will or even exclusion. People can
act out their own exclusion as if to say "SEE I WAS RIGHT!" He just seems
negatively engage in a sycophant rant to obsessively tear down Bert
Hellinger? Why, maybe anger at his own male ancestors who also were excluded
somehow? A Double Shift.. projecting systemic anger on the wrong object?
I was very troubled this past summer about being personally included in
these negative fantasy/charades and spoke to Bert about it personally
through an Email. He personally let me know that "it was a cry for love"
and not to worry. Thanks to everyone's care and concern for this seemingly
lost soul. May he find his own way to light & love.

I think this incident with Chris's decision is a good reminder to us all of
the systemic difference in what governs membership to a group.
Organizational Constellation work helps one experience the differences. When
businesses
or other organizations try to operate like families in terms of "right to
belong" the group often suffers. When an employee no longer is performing in
his
role, he is not being excluded if he is fired the way an ex-spouse or
perpetrator is excluded when cut off from the family, and the soul responses
are
different. Organizational bonds seem to be served by tying membership to
ways
of behaving. I think the morphogenic field forces that order and bind family
relationships (as revealed by family constellations) offer survival value on
many levels by not being tied to specific behaviors. Hoewever, if applied
to other organizations, these belonging orders could threaten the survival
of
the organization.
I'd love to hear more from OC practitioners about discoveries of the
differences.
