Some further thoughts:
I recently read an interview with Albrecht Mahr which appeared in the
American Holotropic Breathwork Institute's November newletter. In this
interview
Albrecht talks about the basic concepts and procedures of the work. He
says......................."It's what I call 'phenomenological'. This means
that you
really stick to the phenomena and not to a theory, however appealing it may be.
This is one of the basic principles."
I think this is a good rule of thumb!
