I remember Hans and his gentle energy very well even though I have not had
any contact with him since that wonderful congress you organised in 2007.
Obviously he had a strong presence for me to remember him so well from that
one meeting. And he is right about the wonders of communication through
modern technology. We create this global constellation community where we
all are touched by the major events in each others lives very quickly.
On that note you may have heard that something has developed between
myself and Chetna Kobayashi. Since the last intensive I have visited Japan
and she has visited my home in Australia. Chetna showed me around Kyoto and
Nara and I showed her around my hometown in Melbourne. I will be going to
her hometown in Sapporo around Xmas. I will freeze my butt off. I am used
to a hot Xmas where we have a barbecue. this will be my first white Xmas
season!! Between visits we have been skyping most nights which has not been
too difficult with only one hour time difference. It will be a little more
difficult from next week for the next 6 months . Our daylight saving will
make it 2 hours difference.
Still Hans is right about the miracles of modern communication and I
appreciate it very much - not just with Chetna but also with the whole
community AND it's great to be in contact with you again. Maybe you can
tell me a little about what is happening with you these days.

So I am shaken twice in the same week. Hans came to the 2nd US Conference
in 2007, sharing his exuberance, joy, and kind presence with almost every
person there. He drew one to him and was unforgettable. And we communicated
over the years since then. Here was his last post to me in May - it
beautifully shows his big heart and loving spirit and I am happy to share
this part of him with you:

Nice to hear from you and Im touched that you share your process a
little bit with me. And Im glad to see that this transition is going well,
although this world has not always the proper support in this. And coming
to Europe for a time !
Its my situation also in the last six years. Having surgery for the
cancer I had, which came back in 2009. Slowly growing and this my luck, my
gift from life. Also a gift is the love of my love ones of course. Since
2011 different treatment with chemo, with successes and too much negative
side effects. Last months were heavy, but now, with some support of
acupuncture and a Chinese decoction of herbs I feel better since. So I can
enjoy life again much more and let the energy, which I need to have
confidence, grow more again. And then it is possible to join the wonderful
world again of the constellation work. I translated my website into English
for students in the Netherlands and I like to hear some comments from you
when its on the net one of these weeks.
We will see, meet and speak to each other someday and Im looking forward
to that moment. So I can enjoy your warmth and humor again from close
distance.

Subject: [ConstellationTalk] Helen Celestino's passing
Sadly it has come to my attention that one of the main practitioners of
constellation work in South Africa passed away 3 days ago. Helen and her
husband Claudio were regular attendees at the annual Bernreid intensive
training. I personally had email contact with them for a number of years
and met them both in person for the first time in April this year at the
intensive in Germany. At that stage Helen was well and she and Claudio
were
busy making plans to further develop the work and trying to find ways to
take it to the disadvantaged.
Helen is a truly gentle soul and her physical presence will be truly
missed
by many in our community.
Many people are sending their condolences to Claudio's facebook page which
seems to me to be an unintrusive way of letting Clausio know about the
support and good wishes around in the constellation community.
