Thanks for your reply.
I know what to do from the traditional perspective, I am asking for
perspectives re constellation methods. I don't know that I would be even using
constellations for each issues. I would like general ideas or related
experiences.

There is a hint of not being confident about your cases and I would suggest
local backup in the form of some professional in the health field. Someone

can talk to face to face for supervision and not just through this medium.
