Dear Robert.
Where do you live? I would also be more interested in a community of
practice than in a supervision group. I am near Melbourne and would like
to connect with you and other interested practitioners in and around
Melbourne.
Re: "peer to peer gathering among equals" - it looks to me that we are well
on the way, but that we all have to do much more individual and collective
work to be able to co-create this with each other. The language and the
work of the global Art of Hosting community (http://www.artofhosting.org/)
is very interesting in this regard, some combine it with constellation work.
Riane Eisler's work, applying a dominator vs partnership-lens to our global
and personal relations, is also very useful if we want to create more
partnership oriented relations, moving from "ranking to linking"(
http://www.partnershipway.org)
Best wishes
Brigitte

Dear Margaret,
Thank you for your reply. I do get the sense that a peer supervision group
is not a true peer to peer gathering among equals. Am I mistaken? I would
love to participate in a peer practice group where we are all equally open
to learn from one another and share the cost of venue hire.
Kind regards,
Robert

Dear Robert ,
Just wanted to add to Joinne - there is also a peer supervision and a
supervision group in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast where there is
a vibrant constellation community.
Please contact Margarete Koenning or Brenda Sutherland on 0411516185
or 0408416041
Hope this is helpful.
