Hello Lene!
I live in Argentina and know that many family constellators from other Latin
American Countries have participated in numerous workshops given by Bert
Hellinger himself since he came here about 6 times since 2004. I would suggest
that 1) you write directly to the official center here in Buenos Aires or to
the official center in Mexico to find out if there are any officially certified
Family Constellators in Peru.
You may write to both places in Spanish or your friend may do so himself.

Why would any man or any woman give authority to do sacred work
to one man, one sex, one peoples, one skin colour, one nation
state, one organisation, however deemed inclusive? Carolyn, as
you and so many others in the community have said, there are
issues in the Field that ask to be voiced. Thank you all for your
courage in doing so; it makes me more courageous.
Taking up our own moral authority, is a spiritual journey. It is
a spiritual process larger than any one human, religious
institution, professional group or country. It is a slow process,
one that calls for community, a community of diverse and
collective consciousness.
