Thanks for the great addition....ultimately we didn't create the wheel of
life...we are just spokes in this wheel that continually moves forward AND
it seems to move forward with Duality powering it by change and
transformation. Sometime "we Facilitators" seem to get bogged down by the
minute details. we often forget that Victim/Perpetrator or
Perpetrator/Victim is a Perpetual Life Cycle of Movement...not much
different than violent, stormy weather of a sunny, beautiful day...It is the
same dynamic....Most often Perpetrators have a quest for power at the
exclusion of all others NOT in search for that same quest....This seems to
justify their need to kill or crush the "less better" with a collective good
conscience. I think Bert's insight of ALL the horror of the world is done by
those who feel "Better" than others....oddly enough they become victims
later....At the moment I feel the US is heading into its Victim
stage...justifiably so..... as we PAY the PRICE for our greedy, violent
misdeeds in the world....It is full circle and as the saying goes it is now
time to pay the Piper.... Remember the ultimate goal isn't to Judge but
LEARN and GROW and become Strong as life throw its "bad weather at us"

Chris, I am so thankful that your wife is making a complete recovery! We
definitely need every healing modality we can find.
Thanks for adding the piece about the Irish.
For me personally, coming into compassion with the perpetrators as well
as the victims is a way to come into more inner wholeness. My own
ancestry includes both sides of the genocide of the indigenous North
American people. In my indigenous ancestry there were two brothers who
had to make the choice whether or not go to the Cherokee reservation.
One brother followed what became known as the 'Trail of Tears' on the
death march from the rich ancestral lands of North Carolina to the
semi-desert of Oklahoma. The other brother headed northwest into the
woods. While in my Scottish ancestry there is a famous Indian hunter and
scout.
As the essence of my system, I feel drawn to reconcile, to bridge
different world views and cultures in this Oneness. No surprise that in
my North American family we have married a German, a Chilean, an
Ecuadoran, and two Vietnamese.
Humans are an aggressive species capable of great violence. But we are
also a courageous species capable of great compassion.
