Have you thought about using a qualitative research model? I find this
works better with the phenomenological approach of constellation work.
Next year I will be doing a research project for my Masters in
Counselling here in Australian, and I will be doing the research in an
organisational context to ad more documentation to Organisational
Constellations in English. My project is smaller than yours and has to
be completed by November 2005. So I'll probably just work with 5 people
in an individual setting and hold a follow-up interview them a month
later.
Btw do you know Ursula Franke's book "the river never looks back"?
