I am German and I have translated the majority of Bert's books, and I can
assure you that there is no term called Levels of love, or any ideas of
this kind. It is simply the order of the generations.
Orders of love are only useful to the extent in which they can serve peace,
and love. They are a structural description that is best used when it can
be transcended.
Concerning the other question, Bert presents everything as simple as
possible. So any complex hierarchies would not be serving this work of
recociliation, as they draw us too deeply into the intellect. For
ornasizations one has to understand which aspects are the most essential,
but there are plenty of books to There is no specification as to belonging
more or less. That would only cause squabbles again. There is a natural
order of who came first, second ...etc
