As a licensed and insured practitioner, what is your professional
responsibility (liability) to clients in case of a psychological emergency?
If a client attends a workshop and afterwards experiences a crisis that
requires aftercare, does your license require you to provide care?
As a non-licensed, non-insured facilitator, I always state that
Constellations are not therapy and that I do not accept professional
responsibility for aftercare in case of a psychological emergency. My
understanding is that a licensed professional does have that
responsibility/liability. Am I mistaken?
