I do get that too much caretaking is inappropriate as well, but I like the
idea of the feedback / evaluation form. I have never seen that done, and I
have been to quite a few constellations. I think that is a very good way to
elicit both practical feedback, as well as give an opening to someone who
has been stirred to the extent that they cannot manage it by themselves.

Having said all this, there is still a risk of going to the opposite

as a facilitator and instead of being cavalier or negligent, becoming over
responsible and interfering in people's processes. This also has the
potential to cause harm or interfere with healing. As none of us is
omniscient, omnipotent nor omnipresent, we need to do our human best to
discern the right moment to hand over.
