Dear Rita - I am doing several telephone
Constellations a week. I was skeptical at first,
but find that they are excellent and have profound
and lasting benefits. My recent clients in include
a prominent Chinese businessman, a woman who called
me from the parking lot when her work shift ended,
and a mother calling me while her toddler napped.
Each went deep and into unexpected territory.
In terms of the how-to - I couldn't describe it. I
follow the general path of a group Constellation and
adjust to the situation. Often, they diverge
significantly from the format of a regular
Constellations. I should record and transcribe
one sometime. They can be wild.
If you want to talk about this, I will be glad to
have a conversation with you sometime to help you
gain the footing to begin working this way.

Dear Rita
I have done phone constellations. You have the
client do it in their
mind and describe it to you. You ask them who
needs to be present for
this issue, have them set up the people in their
mind and describe to
you their positions etc. Then you ask what kind of
conversation would
be going on. Have the person do it very slowly and
make sure you have
all the details for you to feel like you are
present and are watching
it. Then you will intuitively know what the next
question or move will
be. To me this process was slow but still very
effective, specially
for someone who did not have any other resources.
