I like, 'I wondered about my capacity of handing SUCH forces.' Sounds wise. We need to learn to have strong, yet flexible boundaries. If we take too much in and on, we pay a price.
As for, 'I experienced this anxiety in my heart many days before the workshop.' Time and space are relative. When does the constellation start? No way to know really. When is anxiety personal and when is it coming from the field? One could say that anxiety is never personal and is always coming from the field. Or one could say that everything is personal. It depends on one's perspective.

It is no coincidence that this happens to me a couple of weeks after I did a
constellation where the tragedy of my ancestors victims of the Inquisition
strongly showed up.
However, yesterday, for the first time I wondered about my capacity of
handling SUCH forces.
