Thanks for your follow up note Bruce. One other point that seems relevant
to this type of constellation is the influence of Hellinger's Spirit/Mind
approach.
In the structured resource constellation we did not go into story at all and
conducted
a blind constellation without naming the representatives. Their feeling
reactions and
movements I believe told the story that needed to emerge from deep in the
subconscious.
It seems the more we step back from "understanding" we give space for a deeper
knowing
to show up that may not be cognitive yet is what is truely needed.

Thank you for sharing this with us!
I like how you set up something that acted both as a ‘diagnostic’ - a "resource
health assessment"
- and also pointed towards healing movements, in terms of exploring what would
support various resources in your system.
Often we take resources for granted, as if they ‘should be’ accessible as
resources to us.
Peter and Jamy Faust talk about ‘ancestral chi’ that is our birthright as a
human born of other humans, but which can be entangled or blocked out of
trauma, love, loyalty bonds…..
As my wife Rosa says, there is also ‘cosmic chi’ – from the heavens, from other
realms, from Earth, from Nature, and more… These are also available to us, but
may be blocked for similar reasons (and perhaps different ones, as well – this
is to be explored as we do more of this work).
As we work to heal the three big divides and sense of separation between our
‘separate selves’ and nature, spirit, and more, this work can be very helpful
in identifying blocks, pointing ways forward, suggesting healing movements.
Definitely for people, and, perhaps for organizations and groups as well…
This feels very promising, and very timely…
In a way, this is nothing new in Constellation work – we set things up, and
work with the Field shows us.
In another way, understanding “resource entanglement” in these ways may add
some layers of specificity that can help us make more refined inquiry and
perhaps expand the healing as we give the resources wider channels into our
systems… - just like you did, and shared with us….

Usually at the beginning of any workshop I'll lead the participants through
some type of
structured exercise to access one or more resources. What you shared gave me a
deeper
appreciation for the role of resources in the family system.
After I read your article I set up a resource constellation with a support
group of fellow facilitators.
Long story short it was most informative to experience the capacity of
different resources
in my system to be supportive.
Interestingly, one rep came to me and I felt pulses of transformative energy
that I shared with
the other resource representatives
While if felt helpful to me the other resources were still limited in their
capacity.
A representative for "what was needed" was brought in
She was also helpful but something was still unresolved..
An object was placed in the center to represent what seemed to need to be seen
and acknowledged.
The reactions of the other reps gave me a lot food for thought. And after
addressing their reactions
and some healing phrases they were mostly able to see and be in relationship
with me.
