I had a similar experience at Mijeres, a Mexican restaurant in Pasadena,
California. We had gone there after a workshop around learning to facilitate
business constellations. Just walking into the place there was a warm and
uplifting atmosphere. As we sat down and received our menus on the front
page of the menu was the story of the woman who had founded the restaurant
decades before and said that it was still family owned. Also on our table
was a sign advertising an upcoming fiesta at the restaurant in which the
proceeds would go to community organizations as a way of giving thanks and
recognition that the success of the restaurant was due to its clientele.
This was so much in keeping with what we had learned in the constellation
workshop about having a successful business: Recognition of who came first
(the founders) and giving back something to the community that support the
business. The timing could not have been more perfect.

And all in a sudden everything was clear to me.......
In the menu, the two biggest pizza had the names of the founders of the
restaurant, the grandfather and the grandmother of the actual owner.
And the 21 pizzas in the menu had the names of their 21 sons, all of them
pizzaiolis!!!!!
Once we entered, the pictures of the Founders (in the right order) where
greeting the clients......................
What a great evening.......I highly recommend the experience !!!!!!!
