Dear friends,
I am spending a few days in Naples and last night I went with my family to
eat pizza in the old city.
This pizzeria is known for its BEST in pizza in the city.
We arrived at 10 pm and a crowd was outside the doors of the restaurant.
Everybody was chatting happily while waiting for their table. It didn't look
like it was going to be a short wait.
A sense of peace and pleasure was around, even if surrounded by huge piles
of uncollected garbage (please check the news).
After almost forty-five minutes I thought of looking at the menu posted on
the outside wall in order to be prepared for my order (i was getting
hungry...)
And all in a sudden everything was clear to me.......
In the menu, the two biggest pizza had the names of the founders of the
restaurant, the grandfather and the grandmother of the actual owner.
And the 21 pizzas in the menu had the names of their 21 sons, all of them
pizzaiolis!!!!!
Once we entered, the pictures of the Founders (in the right order) where
greeting the clients......................
What a great evening.......I highly recommend the experience !!!!!!!
