There is, I believe, a very interesting point you made and food for
thought. I will take it with me into my next 5 day intensive between
christmas and new year, as a headline from a couragious college. I
believe it will make a good new years agenda.

In the end, I have a little concern about discussing at this forum -
I see
beautiful support given to the people, but very few discussions in which
people have different opinions. This remain me situations from life,
when
people build sens of safety in group ( usually feeling not safe with
groups
outside), and sens of safety starts to be main goal, above the truth.
Which
is the grave of growing up.
