And thank you Vinay. I learned much from Hellinger who offers that Japanese
people and people with Japanese genes of some generations may be entangled with
the " The Bomb" , as may be those whose family members were involved in the
creation and delivery of atomic weapons. There are videos available of him
setting up a representative for the bomb and I have done this, as well., and
this a strangely enough this is often a source of empowerment for the client.
I wrote about these factors in some depth in Trauma: Time,Space and Fractals
since this issue is a blind spot for many marriage and family therapists .
Nuclear energy has the capacity to create massive social and environmental
trauma continues to fragment many Japanese families and I wrote about this
recently in " Fukushima Families" . Much of the admittedly scant coverage of
this triple meltdown disaster from media here in the USA has been focused on
technical issues with the damaged and leaking reactors and not mu
ch about the impact this is having on Japanese people and their relationships
and will for generations.
