I'd just like to draw attention to a resource that is probably
available to all of us - you will find on the Google Search page on the
right hand side of the search bar a link called "Language Tools".
If you click on this you will find a text translator and other
translation tools - it will translate whole web pages or you can copy
and paste text into a box for translation. The translation is
instantaneous and direct so the grammar is a bit clumsy and some words
are not able to translate, but it is usually enough to give the gist of
what is being talked about while waiting for the more polished piece.
I would personally rather play with the concepts in an imperfect
translation than not have access to these German language posts at all.
