In a constellation with a young woman who had experienced grave threat from
the cord around her neck at birth, we found that a female ancestor had hung
themselves some generations before. The client's voice got stronger and
direction more clear in the following months. All the best,

I would add to the in situ birth traumas, labour stopped or infant pushed
back up the birth canal because midwife or doctor is unavailable or
incompetent.
And in early months, lack of attunement (by mother and/or father), cell
phones and other distractions including Covid or multiple demands for care
and failure to hold or nourish.

ps Franz Rupert's book and some of the other Hellinger trained
constellation approaches are full of assumptions about women's and men's
place in pregnancy, child care and forms of support or reverence for early
life. In the 21st century, these are constraining rather than opening up
the flow of life and love.
