Hello All,
I have been a member of other professional and collegial online forums which
started out as constructive and informative interchanges. Then, as the
flaming crept in, more and more of the focus was upon the flamers and then more
and more of us left. Some started other forums but the process often repeated
itself.
Without a strong and clear container within which we can agree upon the
boundaries of respectful communication as adult professionals we run the
risks
of the idiots controlling the asylum. The decision Chris made for suspension
and the conditions for being readmitted seems sane and reasonable.
I have no interest in reparenting rude and childish acting out members nor
in participating in any kind of group therapy.
