As far as I know, that is correct - unless someone in the Bush clan asks for a
constellation, we can't do a thing. One thing we have to remember as healers is
that we can't help people who don't ask for it. Kind of a cosmic law. And
really, the only one we can fix is ourselves. Even when we do a constellation,
we're not fixing anything - just bringing hidden things to light when someone
asks us to. The results/consequences of what is shown are not in our hands.

Hellinger has said that only if a person within the field wishes to
work can the work be effective. So, unless a Bush family member steps
up to the plate for a constellation, how can we affect that field?
