I have seen many constellations with lost twins. I've
never seen anyone go back to the womb to find one. Usually
it's a feeling of not being whole, or they feel something
missing or a sensation on their right or left side, so you
put someone there and see if it feels right. If it does,
and they stand touching each other and the client feels
stronger, it is likely a lost twin.
Or you line up the siblings and they leave a space, so you
put in a person and see if it feels right. That could be
also a lost child (a miscarriage or abortion, or a child
who died at or near birth who was never talked about). But
if it attaches itself to the client, it could be a twin.
