Just insert a new instance of the synth, you'll get a new set of 2 tracks,
then copy the original track, from where you want, say bars 1 through 8 or
the entire track, then paste it to the new track. Remember that if you are in the middle of a project and use copy and paste from beginning to end, you
have to specify bar 1 on the paste dialog. Else the track will begin
wherever you are in the project.

What's the best way to use the same soft synth simultaneously?
I am using the Syn2 soft synth. I have the midi and audio trakcs playing a patch. Now, I want to use the same soft synth and have it play a different
patch sound and have this second patch play the sounds from the first
instance of the Syn2 soft synth.

Any ideas would be great!
Thanks.
Stacy
