Phil replied: know you don't.  You jusd need to go into the Sonitus EQ dialog.  
In other words, it 
doesn't matter if you insert the EQ on a trakc bin or, access it from within 
the track inspector. 
The important thing is going into the Sonitus EQ dialog.
