Blake, here is a list of thirdparty products which supports the NKS-Standard.
This means that all parameters are mapped automatically to the native S
Hardware Controller and thus are accessible with speech:

Hi Blake, those soft synths will definitely work on the mac as Audio Units.
They come with installers for the mac and the PC. Most popular synths do have
mac versions available.

I just took a look at this and man how simple it was to get this going as
compared to making hotspots and all of that. But now I have a problem. I am on
the windows side of things and have been for a long time. I was not planning on
jumping ship to the mac and protools or lodgic at the moment but this makes me
really give it some thought.
Only problem is that I have some good software synths on my pc side such as
omnisphere and superior drummer and I bet none of those will work on the mac

I am using a combination of ProTools and logic. I believe the piano
uses its own sample engine. It does not use anything like contact.

Hi Brian,
So you're not using Windows any more? Are you on ProTools now? What
is the sample engine that the Raven piano uses?

I actually had to get someone to help me create presets, not on the
windows side though. I’m using it on the mac side of things. Check
it out though.

Hi Brian,
Does that virtual piano use the Native Instruments Player as well
or does it come with it's own player?
How accessible is it?
Thanks for the heads up I'll check it out on YouTube.

That piano was amazing, and I will tell you guys another one that
is simply amazing, and it has become my go-to piano, and I as well
used to use Ivory. The piano is a ravens croft 275VI. That piano
is simply amazing. You can check it out on youtube. Absolutely
stunning in my opinion. As a matter of fact, I love it so much, I
have since gotten rid of my ivory libraries. Well, I still have them but
not installed.
Also, the folks at VI labs who sell this virtual piano are awesome
with working with you to create presets for the piano. Can’t say
enough good about their technical support. Anyway, just throwing
my 2 cents in.

Hi Neville,
I love that Alicia Keys piano as well. I think it's one of the
best acoustic piano libraries I've heard. I hear there's a couple
of others out there that are really good; one of them Being a
Steinway. They both might be Steinways - just different models.

Personally, I have not heard pianos better than the ones from the
Kontakt player. As a piano player myself, I can say that in my
opinion I have not heard any sampled piano that sounds more realistic.
I have ivory. I use to use it quite a bit. Until Steve Spamer
developed hotspots fort he Kontakt player. Now, Alicia Keys is my
go to piano for almost everything. I also enjoy the other three
pianos that ship with the player as well.
If you guys have heard something better than Alicia Keys, I would
certainly like to know about it. Being a piano player, this is
what I value the most since I don't have room to record a real
piano in my small studio.
