hmm, you could adjust the tempo of your new tracks several times, to catch up with the prerecorded track. You might never get it exact all the time, but you can get close. Then once you have enough tracks of your own, you can use those to play over top of when adding new parts. There may be a better way to do this, so hopefully others will chime in.
