[ddots-l] Binaural Microphones

Hello,
Does anyone have any experience with using these kinds of mics?
I have been listening on YouTube and most of the recordings I find are
fantastic for each ear, but one can't tell what is in front or behind.
I did hear some $900 mics that one could tell front from back, but that
is a little out of my budget. Does anyone have any good recommendations
$300 and below?
