Mark, The outputs are line-level, not designed to directly drive speakers. You need an amplifier for that. Installing the new Delta 10 10 sound card might make it the primary and therefore subjugate another sound card. Just go to Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices, and then the Audio Tab. Then decide if the Soundblaster is to be your default or not, and for which type of input/output.
