I bought my SD aprox 2 years ago
In my case Sweetwater sent me an E-mail with all information including
serialNumber., after I ordered it,. So unless u get the mail soon, u should
ask them for it. They have always been very helpful to me.

Hello all,
After acquiring SD2 and the HSC sets over the past couple of weeks, I'm
finally sitting down to have an installation festival. However, even With
sighted assistance, I'm not finding the Superior Drummer 2 serial number
anywhere on the DVD box or the Sweetwater pdf invoice. The Toontracks
documentation states that these are where one is supposed to find this all
important text string. It is long past business hours at Sweetwater, and I
intend to call first thing in the morning to get their input. In the
meantime, I wanted to ask if any of you have had this problem? It would
sure be nice to solve this based on your experiences.
