I just got off the phone with Sweetwater. They say the serial number could be
where Phil said, or possibly a card or insert, which we did not find. I’ll have
cited assistance this evening to look at the DVD sleeve. Sweetwater says that
if it is not there, they’ll have tune tracks issue a new one.
So yes indeed, sweet water takes care of their customers.
I’ve been very happy with them for almost 2 years of gear accumulation.

Hello all,
After acquiring SD2 and the HSC sets over the past couple of weeks, I'm
finally sitting down to have an installation festival. However, even With
sighted assistance, I'm not finding the Superior Drummer 2 serial number
anywhere on the DVD box or the Sweetwater pdf invoice. The Toontracks
documentation states that these are where one is supposed to find this all
important text string. It is long past business hours at Sweetwater, and I
intend to call first thing in the morning to get their input. In the
meantime, I wanted to ask if any of you have had this problem? It would
sure be nice to solve this based on your experiences.
