The only reason your authorization wouldn't be working is that you don't have the right serial number for the version of Jaws you are running. Unfortunately, you can only get that from the main office. You can try to call Bill, but with it being a holiday weekend I'm not sure if he'll be around.

OK. I installed ct5.1. Configured everything and when I use the arrows in
the track view, I am told that I am not using a registered version of
caketalking, even though I put in codes to authorize it. So, I uninstalled
ct 5.1, deleted all the sonar files out of all versions of jaws, reinstalled
ct, and now in addition to not being to arrow in the track view, the second
color test keeps telling me the jaws control surface is not working. I
uninstalled ct5.1 again and don't know what to do. Anybody help me? I have
things to produce before Sunday and without CT, I am lost. Please? Pretty
please?
