Sounds like there's something wrong with your PT set-up, if it can't see your Wave files or, OMF from ~Sonar. How are you trying to do this? Remember that if your going to move files between Windows and a Mac, you may need something like MacDrive in order to move the files across. I had to copy some wave files from a project here on to a friends Mac hard disk and Windows couldn't see anything until I installed MacDrive.
