Save them as raw tracks. It will create individual tracks with the proper 
length. PT can import them via a USB drive. I've done it here at school without 
a problem.
My understanding is that you can only use .OMF when and only when the ProTools 
setup has a Digi-translator. Which is about 600 US dollars.

    If you use the "consolidate project audio" from the options menu, this will 
create a folder with the name of your song with backup files of all your audio 
tracks and as far as I can see, they're all synchronized.

      I have a several projects that need to be imported to ProTool. What would 
be the best way to do it? For some reason, ProTool can't read sonar wave files. 
Protool can't open omf file either.
