It has been a little while since I looked at the FW1884 control panel, but
there were settings in there for analog output assignments, I think. I remember
that it is/was kind of like on the ProjectMix, where software returns, like out
1/2, don't necessarily have to go to physical output 1/2. The master level in
the monitor mixer mode might be down, also. I do remember a setting in the
panel that allows the monitor mode to control the output levels.

I think that I need to just look at your DAW over Tandem. I can be available
late on tuesday afternoon. Please send a message to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
letting me know if you can be available then, and what number I should use to
reach you If Tuesday doesn't work, please propose a time later in the week.

I hope its not a hardware issue.

is your volume turned up on the fw. its the middle knob in the row of 3
right after the gains for the strips. On the right.
Just checking. You more than likely know this, but I am just going
threw different things trouble shooting.

Hi, guys, does anybody know why the outs 3-4 will produce
audio, but outputs 1-2 still aren't working? I have checked out the drivers
tabs in Sonar and the FW 1884--they appear to be correct. I can work with
this, but I have to change all my project's Master bus' to the FW 1884's
outputs 3-4. This is no biggee; at least I can record now. But does anybody
know why outputs 1-2 won't work? Is there another place to assign the Mater
Bus' Output that overrides what is selected in the Track Pane? I'm still
scratching my head here. thanks. SLB
