[ddots-l] Jaws activation conflict

Hi Listers,
I know this question has been asked before but can't remember how to solve the
problem. When I connect the Fw-1884 to my computer, Jaws asks me for a new
activation code and presents a different locking code from the one on the
computer. Could someone tell me how to resolve this problem or do I need to
contact technical support at Freedom Scientific.
