Not so sure about that. For example, you could go on the Cakewalk Sonar forum and tell them that you are using a screen resolution of 1024X768 then, ask them for the screen coordinates of the buttons for the presets in Waves plug-ins. Once you have that info, you could use HotSpotClicker and make up spots for access.
