Subject: [ddots-l] Question: Setup playing drumset with bass and kick
playing as loop

Hi folks,
this is realy something I think that only cracks can know!:-) I am wondering
if the following is possible:
I want to setup a drumset that contains of a kick and a bass. the kick is
always the same. But the bass changes when other notes are played.
Now I am asking my self if there is a solution with Ct 5.3 and Sonar 5.2 to
setup a drumset where the kick and the bass is Konstantly playing as a loop
when a note is pressed and when its released the loop stops.

Do you all understand what I want to create here? When for example I found
my faforite kick and bass and may be a few snares, claps and so on I could
set that up as a drumset playing as a loop and I have my drumset plus the
changing bass when I play other notes.
Thats a standart techno drumset then that other software the people in
Germany use for Techno / trance allready has.

I would realy give a lot to find out if something like that is possible and
the help of creating it.

Thanks to you all for at last reading this and get the brain working.

Best regards,
Patrick Schuppe
