That is the right format. You just write it out on one line when entering it. Maybe a dot got pushed down or something in one of the numbers.

(Yes, I tried correcting the configuration of Windows XP beforehand.) I uninstalled CakeTalking and Sonar. In trying to reinstall Sonar 4, I can't seem to get the serial number right; it keeps saying it's invalid. I'm going to describe how it appears, in Braille, without giving letters or numbers here, on the cardboard folder in which it came:There are no caps indicatorFirst Line: There are 4 letters, a hyphen, one digit number, a period, then two digits.second Line: There are six digits, a hyphen, then six more digits.
