Hi Brian!

I have had that challenge if i forget to switch on my console before opening
sonar. than it can not find the consule and trows the settings.

Try to go to the options menu and tab to the Controlers/surfaces menu. Here
is a list of ports. You open them with enter and change them with the
arrows. Choose controle and your surface name on these ports and try to see
if this is helping you out. In my computer it is controle vs100 yours may be
controle bcf 2000 or so.

good luck

Dennis

    Hello,
This morning I was trying to plug in my midi cables to my bcf 2000 and I
think while trying to feel to plug in, I accidentally hit a button and here
is what is happening. I have a softsynth loaded, and when I play on the
keyboard, I am not getting any sound but when I happened to touch the faders
on the control surface, I am getting the soft synth sounds coming from the
faders. Has anybody had this problem before and what did you do if so to
fix it? I'm thinking putting it back to factory defaults but I don't know
how to do that. Does anyone know how to set the unit back to factory
defaults? Thanks for any help you can give me regarding this issue,
Brian
